Terms and Conditions for the 5-Day Theory Test Boot Camp

  1. Booking Confirmation

    • Your booking is confirmed once payment is successfully processed. You will receive an email with further details, including the Zoom link for the sessions.

  2. Course Attendance

    • The course runs Monday to Friday via Zoom from 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM (UK Time). Please ensure you have a stable internet connection and are available for the entire duration of the course.

  3. Refund Policy

    • A full refund can be requested within 48 hours of booking.
    • Refund requests made after 48 hours will incur a £20 administrative charge.
    • No refunds will be processed once the course has started.

  4. Rescheduling

    • Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested 48 hours before the course starts.

  5. Zoom Etiquette

    • Participants must join the Zoom sessions on time using the provided link.
    • Please ensure you are in a quiet location and prepared to participate actively.
    • Please ensure your microphones and cameras are fully functional before the session begins. As part of the boot camp terms and conditions, cameras must remain on throughout the session to confirm your presence. This is required to meet the refund policy, which allows you to rejoin the boot camp for free if necessary.

  6. Free Re-Entry Policy

    • If you do not pass your theory test after completing the boot camp, you are eligible for free re-entry into the next available boot camp.
    • To qualify for free re-entry, you must have attended all daily sessions in full.

  7. Liability

    • We are not responsible for any technical issues on your end, including internet connectivity or device failure.

  8. Use of Materials

    • Any resources provided during the course are for your personal use only and must not be shared, copied, or distributed.
